that awkward moment when you’re Lucien Freud and you’re being filmed by your trusted assistant, painting your last picture, then you mix paint on your palette and accidentally flick a big lump of paint onto your balcony windows, which you then have to scrape off the glass and put back on your palette.

Went to the ‘Snapshot’ exhibition, and spent a couple of hours rifling through production material from the Sherlock Holmes (1 & 2) movies including folders of research, storyboards, scripts, concept illustrations, production stills, call sheets and shooting schedules! even found notes relating the the filming happening in Greenwich, on the day i wanted to collect footage for my coursework but had to postpone until they’d removed the green screen.
